Highlands House.

The goal of this project was to curate a nurturing and sacred home for the client, which connected them to nature. The 3-bedroom new build, located in the Ecovillage in Currumbin Valley QLD, was custom designed for the client.

To meet the brief successfuly I worked alongside the Project Architect, Rob Norman and the Feng Shui Grand Master.

As the project Interior Designer, I delivered a complete interior design service, inclusive of a furniture package, lighting design, and window furnishings.

Unique features of the project include the exclusive use of natural materials such as recycled block work, zero VOC paints and board, custom clay and hemp render on the thermal mass.

“Sally was amazing to work with, and I was so over the moon happy with the results.  I felt totally out of my depth with all the decisions that needed to be made, and with holding a bigger vision in the background of how it would all come together.  Sally would come to me with a number of options that she felt would work, and then together we would make the decision.  She was totally amazing, and I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.”
